Introduction: VZV is a human neurotropic alpha herpes virus, and humans are the only reservoir. Infection can involve any part of nervous system. The incidence neurological manifestations associated with 1-3 per 10,000 cases.
 clinical varicella-zoster virus (VZV) infections central system (CNS) include aseptic meningitis, encephalitis, cerebral infarction granulomatous vasculitis, myelitis, multiple cranial neuropathies.
 aim this study, by reporting series 5 cases chickenpox hospitalized in Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital from Constanta, to demonstrate some complications varicella zoster infection children, highlighting importance early recognition prompt initiation specific treatment.
 Case reports: Two acute post-infectious cerebellitis children aged 7 9 years were our clinic.
 picture presented 2 patients consisted fever, headache, altered consciousness coordination gait disorders.
 Other two transverse 12-year-old boy, onset febrile state at days post varicella, initially left knee pain hypo-hyperaesthesia-like tenderness disorders, subsequently decreased lower limb muscle strength bladder sphincter disorders. In case second patient, was on day 12 evolution, balance urine retention.
 A fifth case, 2-year-old child, for drowsiness, listlessness, photophobia fever suspicion encephalitis.
 Neither didn’t reciveoral acyclovir de rash.
 Conclusion; Clinicians should be aware neurologic infection, because therapy necessary these
